The pension is well located in Heiligenblut, just down some steps to the centre of the village. It appears to be newly refurbished and the room was comfortable with cosy beds. Breakfast offered a wide variety with a choice of home-made jams. It was good to have the reduced ticket for the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse offered by the pension. -

This is a great location, lovely town and close to Grossglocner. The
apartments are new and very comfortable. Sebastian the young man who
owns and runs them made us feel welcome and was up early and ready to
greet us with an excellent breakfast each morning. We strongly recommend
these apartments.

Beatifully located in the middle of nowhere, in the heart of austrian Alps - you only have to drive Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse, an that can be a challenge during bad weather. Clean, spacious room, excellent service at the restaurant serving really nice food and drinks (including Zirbenschnapps ;-). Just only notice, that staying overnight at a height of 2300m can be somehow inconvenient for heart-impaired persons.

Unique style of the Hotel (great style, interior and exterior design), great food in the restaurant, very friendly, family style and helpful hosts who are REALLY paying attention to make sure the guests spend a great time in the area with a life time experience (giving tips & tricks, recommendation what to visit tailored to the guest's interests).

Flott beliggenhet. veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom eier. Fikk kjøpt et kort til 10 Euro som dekket heiskort og bomavgift på veien over fjellet. Noe som ville kostet oss 60 Euro. -

This was a lovely place to stay and will highly reccommend it for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer. There was a great playground and petting zoo for the kids. Games for rainy days and the meals were delicious. The view is amazing and it is nice and quiet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

Very good service from the hosts - always willing to chat and give advice. Also provided the Nationalpark Kaernten tourist card, which gave free access to the Grosglockner HochAlpen road, and the Staereck cable car. -
