The location was great for trips into germany (fussen) and for trips to innsbruck (if you have a car). There is wifi, a nice italian restaurant to walk to and a bakery also within walking distance. The big grocery store was at the end of town and had lots of things.

  Big big rooms, even underestimated on letsbookhotel.com :). We booked two rooms and actually lived all in just one as it appeared bigger that announced. Friendly owner, nice view throu the windows and terace. Very spacious rooms, we managed to live 6 persons in one apartment and it was even too big (p.s. we love a lot of space when we stay but tis... hva folk sier » one exceeded all expectations). - Highly recommend!! The room was comfortable and included a kitchen and fridge. The patio was nice to enjoy a glass of wine too! The scenery was fantastic as well.
