  Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. Staff fantastic, room was great in the tower (upgraded to this room,thank you) so close to everything including the beautiful lady bay walk. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

  The cabins were really good. Enough space, really clean and with the kitchen well equipped with everything. - The lady chris (receptionist) was lovely.

  The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. All staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus there is a mineral spa in the complex. Parking is good and access is exellent. I was able to choose my room and staff went out of their way for me. - This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

  A very generous room with well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable and great value for money. Terrific location and views over the water (especially from upper levels). Staff most helpful.
