We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax. Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. Made sure Management knew how good she was & left her a box of chocolates. Re-booked for next hospital stay as this was our 3rd stay & we

I liked the ground floor gardens and plants. A credit to the owner who I spoke to.
I also enjoyed the breakfasts and it was of very high standard. The motel is an older one which was built in 1985. However the room was lovely and comfortable and the bed was excellent. All in all I was most pleased. Thank you. -

My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded.
From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing.
The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers.
The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early.
Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very
very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other
post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in
the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would
