Some have a private balcony, while others have a private courtyard. Wi-Fi access is available for an additional charge. Airport shuttle services can be arranged. Guests have access to BBQ facilities and there is a restaurant located next door. There is also a children’s playground and a tennis court located on site.

I liked the size of the room ,perfect size for a family. The kitchen was nice an had pretty much everything you need. Light and airy!!! We did enjoy our stay thank you!!! And the grounds/gardens were lovely and the heated pool was awesome the kids loved that they could swim in winter!!!. Was more than what I expected. The room was so clean. We only stayed overnight with our 3 year old son... None of us wanted to leave. Couldn't get over how much space we had. Was a shame it was raining. Already planning our next stay!.
alle vurderinger » The gardens and private courtyard were spectacular. Would have loved a sea view but we booked a little late for that but the ocean was only across the road so that wasn't really an issue. Apartment was really modern, very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for the family with a new kitchen. It was great to be across the road from the beach. The kids loved it. Rooms were modern and very thoroughly cleaned. Owners available to help/answer q'S. Owner really flexible about moving dates and gave us a choice of apartments. Everything. The unit was fabulous The facilities were great Beach really close Staff were great to deal with Wish we could have stayed longer. Great location to the beach I much prefer service apartments to motel/hotel rooms, so much more space and facilities within the apartment. The rooms were fantastic. The pool was usable in winter which the kids loved. Lovely grounds Close to shops and beach Will come back. The location - close to beach the unit was lovely very clean and new and spacious with 2 old teens. Location, BBQ area and pool, also the wildlife in the gardens was very relaxing. Very comfortable apartment with well stocked kitchen. Great pool for the kids. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and welcoming. The facilities were great. Great apartment size. The setting. location. Apartment was spacious. Not much. The lack of car spaces, the stairs a lift would of been good especially with a baby luckily we were bottom floor so only had 2 lots of stairs. The bathroom didn't look like it had a good clean as there was quiet a bit of mould. The fan for the toilet, bathroom and laundry were loud. The lounge was quiet old and the carpet had a couple of stains on it. It was a bit annoying that reception wasnt on site and on other side of town though the lady was lovely to deal with. And the pillows were flat. Seriously can't fault anything!. The spa bath in our unit was broken and out of action and we really had no compensation for this apart from 2 hours later for check out. A discount would of been preferred. A tiny bit too far and hilly to comfortably walk into town although we did find a flat route that took about 45 mins which was fine. Nothing. The only downfall is no cafe or restaurant on-site and the other playground was closed. Another set of play equipment or kids would be great... but otherwise was fantastic. not enough toilet paper/shampoo soap/towels to cater for 2 days and 4 adults. A little noisy next to the road pool was cold and not very nice no spa either. No management on site also family visited me could not get into complex as there was no office for them to check and advise me they were waiting. Information was needed on the complex, such as available facilities. The window in the second bedroom was very unsafe as a child could easily open it and perhaps fall through. A lockable latch is needed. The pool was freezing and the playground could be more toddler friendly. Bugs and cockcroaches were running around in the dishwater after it had been run. Had to handwash all dishes and cutlery. Remote control to the TV was missing in the bedroom. Stairs were dangerous in the rain with poor cover/drainage. Nothing. Off site key pickup. only found out after booking was completed. jammed front door lock. no doonah cover. poor pillows. No air conditioning in bedrooms and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable nights sleep with the heat and didn't feel secure enough to leave the windows open. Towels - not fresh smelling. There wasn't enough toilet paper. No wi-fi. Nothing I can think of. Stairs. The light in the living was kind of sterile, like a doctors practice. The road noise was particularly loud and stopped us sleeping. Collecting key from totally different address!. No compendium! (Very difficult to find local services, restaurants etc without information from a compendium). King-size bed hard as a rock. Took until our last day to find the 'secret' button for Austar on the TV remote. These instuctions should have been in the missing compendium. (Even the budget $79 motel we stayed in had comprehensive compendium!). Being woken up at 11pm when the upstairs (we were courtyard unit) turned on their spa. They are so noisy it was like having a motor going in our bedroom. Also put Felt Feet on the chairs. Very annoying and noisy when upstairs drag/move the chairs on the tile floor. Unit said it had cable TV when I booked but it did not which was a shame. One soap for four persons. Very noisy. No on site management to ask for revellers to be quiet. Apartment was advertised as having views. This was not the case, and when highlighted to staff nothing was done. Not at all, what I expected from advertising add.
