Well maintained,good quality furniture and fittings, little touches such as cereals for breakfast, sauces/oil/butter - for us to use, truly a home away from home. We can cook comfortably. Definitely will return to stay always!
Nothing ... except.. Maybe having a few multi-plug adapters instead of the typical au 3-pin only. But then again, which hotel in Perth supplies multi-plug adapters in the rooms?
Accomodation at the Preston Street address was fantastic beautifully presented. Como Waters b&b also beautifully presented.
Was very disappointed to move to the bed and breakfast on our second night the room was very small and very noisy first thing in the morning for anyone working late. The breakfast was a complete disappointment for the money charged I would expect a cooked breakfast not just cereal and toast definitely not value for money.
Locality close to shops, restaurants and ferry. Secure apartmaent. Off street parking. Cleaner called in mid week, changed linen as we stayed for 9 nights.

It was very comfortable, wonderful hosts and it was my home away from home during very difficult circumstances. I could not have asked for more.
The room was outstanding (we could even have the sliding door open at night), the location close enough to Perth to be "Oh so convenient", but without the city noise, traffic or parking problems and cost for all this quality gave real value for money. Definitely the place we will stay whenever in Perth.

What a fantastic place! The rooms are excellent, very clean, spacious, relaxing and modern. The owners are lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the king room with the spa. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so did not get the opportunity to see what was nearby but it is less than ten minutes drive from the city centre.

An all around wonderful experience. I cannot say anything bad about Como Waters B&B. They purpose-built their building in a beautiful neighborhood close to the freeway making it easier to get around the Perth area. The owners, Kay & Andre are just wonderful and helped us plan our day trips in Perth. We will definitely stay at Como Waters when we return to Perth!
Cleanliness and value for money.
Very comfortable king-size bed with variety of pillows. Everything required for a short stay in near-city location, including a lock-up garage for our car and wifi included. Warm welcome and follow-up to ensure all was well. Very clean. Close to shops and transport.
It wasn't a problem for us, but our studio (not in B&B) was on the second floor with no lift (but a great view of the Swan River). Access is easiest with smaller bags.

Very close to Curtin University where I had to go. All the comforts of a 5 star hotel but laid back and personal. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a home away from home for me. I hope to stay here again. Thank you Kay and Andre.

Arriving in the middle of the night everything was well organized - room ac was on so right temperature to get some sleep. Room was very clean had all comfort and nice garden terrace. Reserved parking space for the car and walking distance from river side walks for nice walk or jogging.

It was more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. Fit out was excellent with large modern rooms and a lovely courtyard. Very quiet and excellent value for money
No eating places nearby which was a problem as a lone woman, very tired after a long business day I wasn't comfortable walking at night in a strange neighbourhood and there wasn't much info about where I might get a taxi to. Perhaps a cold plate snack option could be added to the offering.

Kay and Andre go out their way to make Como Waters B&B a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Although not in central Perth it is very convenient for Perth's excellent public transport, which makes a trip to the city centre or to Fremantle very easy.

Nobody tell us that many building sites around the house.We never rest well around the whole holiday. landlord come into our without any notice and the cleaner was very rude. You must travel on ferry without self-driving.
