Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. -

This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. We got the shuttle back to the airport the next morning. 24 roo

A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

We loved it, kids had a great time. We had 2 inter-connecting rooms that were great. Public spaces were excellent lots of room for the kids to run around when they felt the need. The Merchant restaurant located in the building is fabulous a real gem.

I found the room to be at an excellent standard, and the staff, including the front desk, room service and ground floor staff, to be friendly and approachable. The breakfast and room service food was excellent and of a high quality. I also found the amenties within the room fantastic, especially the wonderful king size bed. This was my second stay and I will continue to stay there for any future visits.
