Yeah, was impossible to find a spot for the parking but think that was due to their restaurant being packed with Xmas parties.

Loved the beautiful gardens, the friendly people and the big comfy bed, oh and the movies on TV, also the food was excellent
only one thing the window blind was broken so didnt have any natural light. It would have been nice to lok out over the gardens.

The breakfasts were excellent. Location was good easy to get out of town and return. Queen size bed mattress very comfortable. The restaurant in the evening was terrific, atmosphere, food and staff also.
Dark red paintwork, hallway dark, looked uninviting. "anywhere" parking was a challenge. The Hotel's presentation looked tired, needed a face lift.
Lovely accommodation all round. Very nice decor and within walking distance to the town area. Was very pleased with this accommodation at a reasonable price.

We could hear the TV from the next door room early in the morning - 6.30am - when we were trying to sleep. Maybe you should think about soundproofing the walls by adding another layer of plasterboard?

Stupid design of modern bathroom with slippery shower floor and virtually unreachable toilet paper holder in room 312, but may not be the same in other rooms. If you want to watch the TV in bed you have to "remove your feet" because TV is placed too low.

this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready.
Unfortunately we stayed on a busy weekend (red hot summer concert, festivale) hence lots of noise. The people in the next room arrived back about 4 and talked at the top of their lungs for 2 hours. Bathroom was tiny and the toilet was continuously running and making a squealing noise.
I didn't like being surprised by the 300 dollar bond I had to pay as the hotel does not accept visa debit cards. They should have this in there information as it was the last stop on our holiday and we were lucky to have a spare 300 dollars on top of the cost of the room. If I had known earlier I would have booked elsewhere.
