Location is within walking distance to main street and the football ground. Hotel let us have a late check out.
Clean comfortable and free internet access
Room was spacious and comfortable and location was near the city centre. An early check in was organised which helped settle us in.
Everything. Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent beds. Generous supply of refreshments. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Stayed first two nights and last two nights of our trip.

Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had heaps of extras for the price. Lots of bikkies to go with ample tea and coffee. Shampoo, hand soap, body lotion. I would definitely stay here again. Great views over the Tamar and city lights.
Just the walk to reception. It is far to steep not to be dangerous. Sort that out and there is nothing bad about this motel.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and took time to ensure we had all that we needed. They also gave us directions of where to find places and information about restaurants that were open on the public holiday. The room and ensuite were spotless. It was bright and had a good view. The bed was very comfortable. The airconditioner was wonderful on the hot day. Everything worked and was geared for comfort and function (unlike one upmarket resort we stayed at where style overtook practicality). We felt very much at home and were sorry our stay was only for one night. We would certainly stay there again on our next trip to Launceston.
At first sight the car park looked steep, but we took it slowly and had no problem with it.

Since my wife was unwell, we really appreciated the extra care and helpfulness.
We enjoyed how central it was to everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean. Hosts were friendly. Plenty of parking available. Always had fresh towels:)
All though we were happy with the room. Having a microwave to heat up food would have been nice but in saying that..we still loved it regardless...can't complain really for that price!.
Our flight was changed and the staff where so very accommodating at 9am allowing us into our room!

Being able to order a take-away delivery for dinner when tired after a long day. Position in city OK.
Being charged $7for garlic bread by the Pizza place delivery boy which had been quoted as free on the phone & advertised at the motel - not that it was the motel's fault. The steps and steep driveway, even though we were forewarned, but didn't know I was going to have knee pain from walking by the time we arrived.

The heating was broken and room got cold on our 2nd night there the staff did what they could but it did not fix the issue Evening staff stated he would leave a note for manager. On checking out we were told oh well it happens and no apology or discount was offered
Location was central, staff were excellent and friendly, good wifi connection, plenty of parking, overall a serviceable accommodation.
We travelled as a family, and kettle was provided, so it would've been nicer to have more than one sink, which was in the bathroom. Bathroom could do with an update. Could also be more updated furnishings and extra table in family room.

Looks were deceiving on arrival... Bedrooms & floor levels didn't look as in picture, stair cases hard to use with suitcases

no lifts, steep hill, no after hours service, (although we were forewarned there were no lifts we were on 3rd floor on very steep hill and I have a knee problem )
