It was a perfect place for me to stay. I was only there to sleep as the
people I went to Melb to see lived around the corner. It was also easy
to get into Melb on the tram, via interesting stre ets eg Gertrude and
Smith. The staff were eager to help ie. Wake up call and call for taxi.
Also I left my phone charger there and they were happy to keep

Staff were absolutely brilliant,had time for all our questions and were very friendly. Special thanks to Gail at front desk, she helped us out after we left valuables in the room after check out, was not a problem at all.

I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. Location was convenient, just off Chandler Hwy exit (about 2 mins), 15 mins from city. The apartment was nice and neat, very spacious for a family of 5 (with toddler). They have even arranged a baby cot for us. Will return to Q105 when we come back again! -

The staff at reception are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Hotel will hold the luggage for few hours until the flight time after check out. This was very helpful. There were sufficient facilities for internet access, restaurants etc., Simply a wonderful place to stay for the budget traveller. I would definitely take my family next time.
