This is a perfect place to stay if you're on a budget and also looking for something luxurious/relaxing. Perfect for families, couples and singles. Looking for a place that is not a party place, the main strip (cavil ave) virtually at your door step, the beach a stroll away... Well, this is the perfect location or you!! Would reccommend this place to any family or people who need a huge place but at an affordable price. Our next stay will be here unless they r booked out. The location was great a short walk to everything at surfers and if not the bus stop was just across the road. It was also very quiet in the apartment with no trouble and the Easter eggs on checkout was a nice touch. Great location, within walking distance of the beach but not too close to be noisy. Lovely pool area, spacious rooms, lots of room for a family with young children. Great central location and the price was good. I had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious of one person. Customer service was excellent, staff were all very nice and willing to have conversations and smile!. it was in a great spot to go everywhere, and lots of space in the room. location,awesome view,spacious family rooms,friendly staff,. reasonably priced & close to all amenities. loved the decore and location. The staff was fantastic and helped us with bookings and room changes when the tv did not work. There were ample parking spaces. There was cooking and washing facilities in the room. Only thing I was a bit sad about was when I arrived, the pool was out if service only for a short period of time so I didn't get the chance to use the pool. But who needs a pool when the beach is a short stroll away and get to take in the scenery whilst walking there... It's still perfect in my eyes and with te pool out of service, definitely not letting it cloud my thoughts about it. The superior 1 bed apartment didn't have a balcony we should have done more research. letsbookhotel.com site says there is a bistro and bar on site, but that has been closed for a fair while.... No hair dryer, No cleaning wipes for dusting or cleaning toilets. Hard Bed. no balcony & a little noisy (would benifit from double glazing). maybe aircon in the bedroom?. Kitchen was old. The location is good but noisy next to busy road. The room was dated and needs upgrading. The set up of our room It was advertised there was cable tv but there wasn't. No desk staff after 5-00 and before 8-30 so did not see anyone, no in house food?. Old carpet floor and furnitures, bathroom. walls paper thin could hear music from next door until 2 am, our "double" bed was two singles pushed together, shower not equipped for a tall person. States that there is a bistro, bar, gaming room, on booking. Com but it's been closed down for ages apparently!! Also that the pool & spa aren't in the same location!!.
