Excellent location right across from Jupiters where I was seeing a show, loved the setup and apartment had everything I wanted. Excellent price too.
There was a bit of a lineup to check-in but apart from that, everything else was wonderful.

Room with the ocean view was fantastic, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location of the hotel close to Pacific Fair, the beach, restaurants, cafes, the Casino and nightclubs.

There was nothing not to like about the place very friendly staff, the cleaning staff were also excellent every day service. Great location I would highly recommend to stay there, we have stayed many places on the Gold Coast and this was tops.

Location was great, short walk to Pacific Fair, restaurants and the casino. Lovely clean rooms, kitchen provided everything we needed. Will stay only at the Meriton every time we come to the Gold Coast.
The aircon in the bedroom didn't work so we had to sleep with the sliding door open to get some air but it was too noisy with the road traffic. Only there for night so didn't bother getting it fixed although we did tell the front desk.
The view was amazing on the 30th floor. Loved all the windows surrounding the alartment. Room size was large enough to do karate in :) very clean
The two single beds sucked and wasnt very comfortable - 30th floor should definitely have proper queen/king size bed. The check in was 30mins late and room wasnt ready when we arrived - boyfriend was tired after just flying over 24hrs and waiting to be checked in was miserable.
The modern and clean facilities as well as the close proximity to the beautiful beach, dining and shopping precinct. The staff at the front desk were also very professional and helpful at all times. Great place to stay!

The middle elevator for the north side apartments was not working and we had to wait a while to get to our apartment.

I Liked the indoor pool. It was just the right temperature.
The electronics in the lifts are not working properly. When we wanted to leave we had to wait 15 minutes for the lift to stop at our floor 8. When I told reception they said it was because the lift was full, but it wasn't. It was just missing our floor. Other people said the same thing happened even when lifts are not full. They need checking.
Everything worked, the unit was clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Nil complaints. Will stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were allocated a beautiful spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen to cook breakfast and meals. I was surprised to find a full range of basic cooking utensils (incl. whisk, potato masher, pallet knife, oven gloves, baking dish) one can cook and bake anything. Salt and pepper provided as well. So thoughtful!! Would definitely stay in Meriton Apartments again.
Nothing. But if you could provide a bottle of fabric softener in addition to the laundry liquid it would be superb.

I have stayed twice at the Meriton and each time I have found the staff so pleasant and helpful. I did notice during my last stay that some of the globes on my room required changing however it caused me no real discomfort and the Meriton would always be the place I would stay when visiting the Gold Coast. .

Absolutely brilliant in every aspect! Deserves much more praise than what's said about it on Internet reviews! Regular clean up is done.. Extremely well kept... 100% value for money!!

The indoor pool, 2-4-1 coffee voucher, central to restaurants, beds were like clouds to sleep in, honored requests happily, excellent service. Unbelievable value for money!!
Tv reception cut in and out a lot but didn't report as we felt that was something staff couldn't change. We turned it off at one point when it became to hard to follow. Need nicer coffee sachets in the room. Can't really complain though, we loved our stay and will be back with our kids too :)
Amazing stay. Facilities are amazing and the rooms are superb.
When we arrived, the staff member at reception.tion was officious and bordering on unfriendly to the point where we will think very seriously of not staying at this hotel in future.
