Location was good, generally comfortable. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Apartment desperately needed renovation, broken equipment, blinds etc, washing machine dirty and not functioning, no air conditioning in living areas. Maintenance man insulting and unable to help when looking at washing machine. Unsure whether to trust letsbookhotel.com again.
