  We stayed at this hotel as we did not want to stay in the township of Alice Springs as it is not that great at night and the Heavitree Gap has more of an outback feel to it. The staff are friendly, the rooms whilst not super modern are clean, well equipped with a few extras like plates, bowls, microwave & cutlery. The bed was a little bit har... hva folk sier » d but other than that everything else was fine. At night it is reasonably quiet and there is a tavern located on the premises just a few minutes walk - the views were fantastic,all staff very friendly and willing to help at all times.rooms very clean and comfortable. room had fridge , microwave ,toaster, dishesand cutlery, which is very unusual for a motel to provide these things.

  Ibis was able to provide the support we needed when preparing for an early start with a planned Adventure holiday. Staff were exceptionally supportive, ensuring out of hours arrival and departure could be managed with bags being stored safely. You could stept outside the door and just a short walk up the street and you were in the middle of everything. I loved the friendly Staff...always smiling and cheerful! Always greeted guests with a friendly Hello! Clean room and very comfortable! Nice and quiet.
