Room was good clean and quiet
Breakfast was very poor the food nice service slow and indifferent we waited a long time and some orders were mixed up
The location in the center of Alice Springs, Australia is within walking distance for a disabled person like myself. Easy access to restaurants, fast food outlets, shopping and a movie theater.
Sidewalks need to be power washed of an accumulation of chewing gum and bird poop. Most stores and restaurant's aluminum door trim have residues of spilled food, sticky goop and dirt on and around their entry doors.
Good location within centre of the town, close to restaurants and shopping, friendly and helpfull staff.
No microwave and some kitchen utensils, exessive charges for mini bar, should make customers aware of the charges for mini bar
Room was very tidy and well equipped. Shower is amazing. Staff extremely helpful in allowing us to leave our bags there whilst we went on a 3 day tour.

Diplomat has a pub, but unfortunately the staff in there just aren't as good and the the service is very poor
The location is superb, particularly given that I was told not to walk even a block after 6pm on my own. Everything is within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large. They had both a good value restaurant and a separate bar/restaurant.
Nothing really. It suited my purpose exactly - as a base before heading out to Ormiston Gorge.

Breakfast was awful bacon overcooked ( burnt to a crisp) eggs raw undercooked sausage pancakes bland tea and coffee awful Please improve your breakfasts good coffee would be appreciated and HOT water for tea please
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I feel safe to leave my things and for me to stay by myself in the room.
The wifi connection is very slow.

spa did notwork phone not connected Double bed mattress had large sag in the middle, and sheets were not fresh. I chose to sleep in the singlbed

Like most WA & top end accommodation, it did not include microwave, plates, dishes or cutlery. (Unlike most Eastern States accommodation)

I had to carry my bag up one flight of stairs, room very basic, and room not real clean.
I always look for the tea and coffee facilities, they were great. Nice to have a pool for a dip.
The carpet had stains on it, which made me feel like the whole place was not really clean.
Spotlessly Clean, budget pleaser. Close to the supermarket. I felt quite safe in my room at night.
The noise from the pub downstairs was very loud until well after midnight. I hardly slept on account of it. Also,there were lots of people In the back lane outside my room talking quite loudly at various times in the night. This isn't the hotel 's fault but I wished I'd known about it prior.
Good location near the center of Alice Springs with access to food, tours, etc. Good free wi-fi. The "Uncles Tavern" bar and "Stumps Restaurant" were in the complex and were good places to eat and drink. Nice to have laundry facilities.
We were on the top floor and palm trees rubbing across corrugated roof in the wind kept us awake when it was windy. Trees should be trimmed back a little bit.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at Stumps was excellent and great value and service for money.
Room was not cleaned and bed sheets not changed for the four days we stayed there. Carpets were stained and filthy (room 344).

I liked the staff
The noise was very bad at night and was kept awake by very loud music and party goers. The rooms were small, could have been cleaner and were old. One room smelled like vomit.

Noisy club attached to hotel. Very standard and old looking rooms. Room has dispensers for soap, shampoo etc which were empty and in some cases dirty from previous occupier.
Nothing you should take it off your listings
Everything but the worst was the smell in the room and we were told they were all the same it was the sewerage,the girl at reception was rude and I believe should not be there and we should get a refund
