great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

We always stay at the Oaks Plaza Pier. The Oaks Pier is very modern, with an ocean view & world class restaurants at the doorstep. The Pier Bar is a great place to drink bubbles, wine or beer & watch the sun setting over the ocean. You can catch the tram into the city for great shopping, checking out the Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide Oval

Large clean rooms with good facilities. We had booked a few different room types as friends were joining us and the staff were very helpful and organised our multiple bookings efficiently. Seaview rooms are particularly good as they are quieter than the garden view rooms and are worth the extra cost. If we came back to Adelaide we'd definitely stay here again

The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

Great rooms, very spacious. Having a full kitchen and washing machine
was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not
serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day
anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left
the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on
several days.

Lovely apartment with great views over the city and beyond (sky view apt). Excellent bed and whole apartment finished to a high standard. Great soundproofing for a nice quiet sleep. Easy access to car park, just down the lift. Garbage disposal also very handy.
Walking distance to everything but slightly outside of highrises allowing a better view. Also quite easy to find your way home as hotel stands out on the skyline.
Would recommend these apartments.

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -
