The location is 5 minutes from metro station. They had PC with a internet available for customers (free). The lady of the day shift spoke English.
Good location near the centre of the city + nice staffhelping you..
Some renovation would be good.
Hidden cost + 17 %, etc and breakfast was additional charge.
