Stayed here 2 weeks and it felt like home. With the kitchenet we had everything to make our own breakfast. Everything is available what you need. The only thing what was missing was an iron - great location - nice appartment, very save, cause theres always a doormen whos watchin 24/7. no access without a key. - very clise to a metro station - big shopping mall and grocerie store right close by - Claudia was always available over whats app but great - free wifi would stay here again.
alle vurderinger » Beautiful, large and comfortable large studio with an excellent kitchen, bench, stools and a big bathroom. Great King bed too wifi worked great and air-cond. I was very impressed. Very kind and helpful concierge and doorman. Claudia - the manager, was very helpful and professional. Next to subway (but would not recommend using it, unsafe), a great restaurant in street corner, huge mall and cheap supermarket lost opposite the building Had no problem with hot water or anything really. It is less than a block to the subway, across the street from a mall, and near supermarkets. The apartment is almost brand new. Wifi works but only in one part of the room. Staff were very helpful and good at replying to email. Close to the subway and western style shopping center; very clean and well supplied; proximity to local shops and restaurants; friendly reception. The state of the flat. - Room was not very clean the floor was dirty and the dirty mob was in the bathroom - neighbors door was loud and we could hear it all the time. that was bothering, but ok. The location is unsafe: it is common for people to be mugged, groceries and purses snatched… according to the concierge of the building. The building itself is secure. I did not go out much, but when I did I had a known taxi take me places. I recommend people ask the concierge or doorman (both very kind) to call the taxi. The taxi man actually lives in the building. The kitchen could have more utensils. Every apt has its own hot water heater and its tiny. I timed about 7minutes till my shower losing hot water and by 15mins its totally cold. If there are two people who want to shower consecutively, you'll have to wait a while. Our iPads were only able to pick up the wifi signal in direct line of the door, so this meant we couldn't use Internet in bed. The solution is to rearrange the furniture and move the bed by the door. Proceed with caution away from the main streets. No one spoke English as they promised. The lady that should do the administrative work showed up 2 hours later than arranged.
