  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.

  I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and stored Fran and Mike's bags while we toured the city. I was very pleased a... wat mensen zeggen » nd would certainly stay there again. The lady at the check in had a beautiful smile and the bartender was extremely helpful when I wanted something to - Bed was very comfortable, quality linens and towels. Free water bottles. Quality coffee in lobby. Great shower. Nice tvs. Rick at front desk was fantastic. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line. Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside our window.

  Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing).   The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. - Everything.   Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. After travelling all the previous day and night it was a wonderful feeling to walk into that beautiful room f - The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge. The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel
