  We loved the proximity to both Hilo & Volcano. It was a great spot to begin our daily adventures from. The quiet surrounds were beautiful & private. The hot tub was an added bonus we finally managed to enjoy on our last night. The facilities were of a much higher standard than expected. The inside was beautifully designed and thoughtfully outfitted. A great place to come 'home' to after a long day of sightseeing or hiking or whatever.

  Charlotte and John are wonderful hosts, and their daughter (I forgot her name), too! Supper sweet friendly and considerate. There is a big porch with comfortable chairs/sofas/tables, with nice surrounding. The sitting room has huge window, and it's full of information (maps, informative postcard, wall photos, books, brochures..... ) There are a f... wat mensen zeggen » ridge and a microwave for guest use. We wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. Good location for exploring the Hamakua Coast, Hilo, Sad - The pictures and details of this B&B were exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location for our visit to the big island. Close to volcanoes national park, mauna kea, downtown Hilo,akaka falls plus other sites we were not aware of. John and Charlotte made us feel like family and they provided great tips for places we wanted to visit.   This is a great resort! The units are spacious and well equipped. They even have electric blenders,beaters and an ice bucket and numerous bbqs. Lots of colourful birds flit around in the trees and there's lots of other cute wildlife. Its only a short drive to the best supermarket we found in Hawaii. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpfu... wat mensen zeggen » l. We loved it! - This is a condo not a hotel although the services match a good hotel. Luxuriously appointed apartment on first floor (not ground). Large sitting room and balcony. Beautiful tropical garden setting. Free garage parking. Immaculate swimming pools nearby and hot tubs.   Everything! Place was immaculate, big, in fact it was so spacious that the tv in the living/dining room appeared small. 30' away. We will be going back again today. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Met all expectations. Balcony was nice for morning and evening meals. - We only stayed for one night. Next time, we will book for a week.
