Staff were unbelievably friendly, efficient, and courteous. Mind you, I
was the only one checking in at the time, nevertheless they were so very
nice. I was able to early checkin, they sent dishes at request b/c I
had lunch with me, helped with directions and emphasized the
car/driver available to guests should I need it provided it was
available.

Though it is an older hotel, the rooms are contemporary, tastefully decorated, modern, lovely and comfortable. I certainly felt as if I had splurged on the room. I would stay again. The location of the hotel is convenient to shopping, dining, culture, the park at Rittenhouse Square. We walked everywhere.

All the staff members were very helpful and truely cared about your
stay. They went out of their way to correct a problem with the
letsbookhotel.com website. letsbookhotel.com quoted one price yet the hotel had
another price. The Hotel honered the lower letsbookhotel.com price with no
problems or issues. -

In a lovely setting and a great stop off on the way to Niagara from DC. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The restaurant is good and both dinner and breakfast were lovely.
