  Its location was perfectly placed near the Chinatown bus terminal. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. There are toothbrushes if you forget yours. In-room safe. Very clean with a view of a nice city park. - We were very pleased with the location and the staff. Easy walk to both the East and West Village.   The manager at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was updated and clean. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is in a nice area. We had some items strapped to our roof...just chairs, but I had no concern about leaving them outside strapped to the roof. It was a very convenient spot as well. We enjoyed our stay and I would certainly recommend Red Roof in Hambur - There was a problem with our reservation. We reserved a room with two double beds and when we got there, the room only had one bed. We were three people. On the spot the staff gave us a second room, upgraded, at no charge. That is great service!

  Someone had clearly been smoking in our non-smoking room, we went back and right away the helpful desk clerk gave us a more pleasant room. The location was perfect for us and we found that going left or right out of the parking lot lead to good places to eat. Budget friendly - My husband and I like the value for our money.   The shower water pressure was great, and had plenty of hot water. The view is exquisite, and it is so relaxing to have a porch with chairs. I love having the convenience store across the street. - Our 2 night stay was fine. Check-in was easy. The room was very clean, furniture, bathroom all fine. When in the area, we will stay there again.
