We came to New york for the Thanksgiving weekend. We were looking for an inexpensive but comfortable and clean place to stay. This was 2 blocks from the subway syation into Manhattan. Easy access to everything. We were able to park at tje hotel free all day and not worry about parking. The staff was nice and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & you really feel that nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with our room key & Ralf was brilliant sorting it out. Breakfast fresh, room comfy. Just across the road from an out of town shopping area, but not too far from lovely Saratoga Springs. Would definitely stay again if in the area. -

Great cute place. Small but all you need right in the room. Microwave and very cold refergirator. (Great for us liking cold diet coke) Place was verry clean ans staff very friendly. Let you alone unless you needed something. Can't wait to plan are next trip there. Plan to get 2 rooms and bring the kids. THANK YOU for making our first trip to New York so wonderful.

Charming old fashioned inn. Furnishings are old/antique. Breakfast room/lounge encourages mingling with other guests. The place reminded me of the inns of my childhood, which were old-fashioned even then. Very charming, if you like that kind of thing.

The owner was the most pleasant woman you could have welcoming you. She was so friendly and accomodating that it started the stay off amazing. Very clean and relaxing for a weekend trip. -

Great location. Went to see the Buffalo Bills play and stayed at the Royal Inn. Like 20 mins from the stadium and 25 mins from Niagara Falls. All types of food and shopping very close by. Man at the desk was very friendly and helpful too -
