Beautiful boutique hotel center of midtown close to all attractions. Well priced. Well maintained building. Rooms very clean and night time turn down was exceptional...my little daughter loved the chocolates on her pillow. Concierge provided great restaurant recommendations. Bell boys even stored our bikes that we brought with us on our trip.

The whole staff is so welcoming, courteous, smiling and attentive. The room was very comfortable, well decorated and spacious. This hotel was renovated very tastefully. It's a beautiful, elegant hotel that is quiet which is rare in New-York City. I loved the bathroom, the robes and towels were very soft and it was extremely clean. I will definitly be back, this is a gem.

Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The staff. They were helpful polite and cheerful.
The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.

The receptionist who checked us in was amazing. She had to deal with a
rude crazy woman ahead of us who was insisting that her rate was
supposed to be $89, even though she could produce any paperwork backing
her rediculous claim, and the entire time she remained polite and calm.

I think it is very uncommon that you don't have to pay till you get
to the hotel. I also liked the ides of leaving my car at the hotel and
being taken and picked up at the airport. The staff went out of their
way to answer questions and were very courteous. The price of the rooms

Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved the complimentary soft drinks

what we really like is that the beds are firm because my husband has a bad back, the size of the room so we don't feel squished in like many city rooms and the closeness if the subway plus beautiful to walk along the river and sip your moring cofee

Clean rooms that seemed to have been renovated recently. Conveniently close to the Pennysaver amphitheater. Quiet area with lots of security cameras. Very friendly and helpful staff. -

De ligging van het hotel is heel goed. 5th Ave. Times Square en Central Park op loopafstand. - de service bij de concierge was super alleen de lounge/bar/café was een dag dicht ivm een partij en dat kun je niet maken voor je gasten. je kunt dan alleen op je kamer zitten en voor deze facaliteit betaal je toch ruim? Echt kwalijk.
