  The location of our apartment was a block away from Times Square - absolutely perfect location! The apartment was huge with three spacious double rooms and a big living area.   Efficient, "bare bones fine",clean, comfortable, essentials provided, easy check in and out, friendly desk staff, bath and room fine, TV cable. Laughed out loud when I was handad an actual KEY to the room. Chuckled too when we had to WALK UP Stairs to the room (no elevator.) Quaint! - We arrived late night but received the full treatment. They were immaculate and so modern and sleek my wife and I absolutely adored it! *The service was top notch literally like The Ritz. Extremely friendly staff. Not so far from Manhatan (20-30 min by subway), and the place is a few blocks away from the subway station. I paid 100 bucks from the Newark airport to the hotel, so my advise is, rent a car because there are plenty of free street parking spaces on t

  We were 5 in apartment 9b. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough that we could have been 6 in the room. After reading the previous reviews, we can say that: room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were enough towels and the kitchen was correctly equipped. Everything seemed new (ikea style). You indeed cannot control the heating in the room... wat mensen zeggen » but it looked like the heating was closed on March the 31st. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment building. Hence, there is no front desk as s - The location is very good the metro is couple of blocks. Nice roof with viewpoint of New York. The owner was very helpfull and also the woman that in charge of cleaning the house. You have all the facilities needed for family with good equiped kitchen. There is fintness center and play room.

  Catherine the host was wonderful. The house has a great location and the history and architecture of the house are fascinating. Catherine's own history and the family artifacts from South Africa and other parts of the world just make this a jewel of a place to stay since there is something interesting in the house in every room. I'd recommend this - We stayed one night on our way to Niagara falls. Had a party of five and stayed in two rooms. We received a friendly welcome and tour of home by host. Rooms were large and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Home has an interesting history. Current host/owner has decorated the home very well with furniture and items from around the world. Breakfast was excellent. Many wineries are located within a short driving distance in the Finger Lakes region.
