  Our room, an upgrade because our room "key" did not work, was on 3rd floor overlooking a brook, with mtns in the distance. The desk staff & mgt was as distressed as we were about the reservation sw problem -- that felt good to us. - The staff, although somewhat inexperienced, made up for short comings by their energy and friendly attitude.   Very comfortable bed. Great water park although we didn't use it ourselves. Wonderful location. Clean room and one of the best breakfasts at any hotel we have recently stayed. Also spectacular steak and chop house next door. Had the best steak ever ( Bison ) . Overall very positive experience. - Great place for families with kids

  Room was very nice. Had a fridge and coffee maker (also had tea bags). Bathroom was well designed. Stool, shower, sink, and mirror were in a room with a door, right next to that there was another sink and mirror ( both well lighted). - I liked the look of the lodge. The staff was friendly and accomidating as well.

  Location. Having a dining room and the free full-menu breakfast. It made the start of the day so easy! (And delicious and nutritious and inexpensive) All interactions with staff was very pleasant. Cabin was kept clean and well-stocked. Grounds are just lovely. It is far enough away that the stars fill the sky and the sounds of the creek are wi... wat mensen zeggen » th you all night. Yet being situation just 10 miles from the West Entrance to Yellowstone was perfect. The West Entrance is pretty much midway betwe - I loved how rustic the cabins were! You could definitely tell they had been there for a little while i.e. the wear and tear on the wood floor, the old school light shades and outlets, but it only added to the character of the place. The ranch itself was really pretty, and the creek running through the area was gorgeous. We liked it all!

  We were allowed to check in early as the cabin was empty - for no extra cost. The cabins were very clean and fun to stay in. Our two teenage sons even liked the cabin. When we asked the owner for the directions to a nearby laundry so that we could dry clothes wet from white water rafting, he took them and dried them for us. We were impressed. ... wat mensen zeggen » A very cute place and we recommend it! - The staff was amazing. So kind and very accommodating. Everything we asked for they helped us. We enjoyed fires at night and a beautiful night sky of stars. So, much less commercial than West Glacier.

  The staff at Marina Cay were excellent, They were very friendly and very helpful when we changed rooms. Bigfork is a lovely little town and has good food and lots of arts galleries and little shops. Enjoyed our stay two day stay. - Size of rooms was great. It was not loud around the resort.
