  Amazing staff-- front desk and concierge. Really exceptional. Trudy checked us in and made our 85 year old friend feel comfortable--gave us adjacent rooms) Julianne very attentive. Concierge got our dinner reservation changed to earlier. we couldn't make that happen ourselves. All fantastic energy and attitudes. I own a tourist business on the cape and most defiantly will promote your facility. I also enjoyed having the van waiting on the dock for a convenient way to the hotel.

We travel often and The Boston Harbor Hotel is on our "must come back" list. The staff (Jackie and company) were so kind to upgrade my new husband and I last minute after I inquired about other rooms available - a nice touch!   We loved the warm welcome by the inn keepers. We were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary, and we're greeted with a bottle of champagne-- nice touch! We stayed in the Daffodil, which included a king size canopy bed, sitting area, and nice size bathroom. We enjoyed the original, Nantucket paintings on the walls. The porch was a great place to have breakfast or listen to the Blues guitarist who happened to be visiting - The Century House is a glorious and historic home within easy walking distance to beaches and shopping. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were very good, but the afternoon cookies were "to die for!" The building, porch (with refreshments) and grounds were always clean and neat.
