When we encountered issues relating to the initial room assigned, the staff moved expeditiously to resolve. It led to a change in room and an upgrade. We loved everything about our stay...shout to Sabrina at the front desk extrmely friendly and resourceful, Lisa and Lourdes who prepared meals for evening social meal AND breakfast (BOTH AWESOME!) food was delicious too and plentiful last but not least Whitney in housekeeping was very helpful...will definitely stay again!

Our room was clean. The staff was awesome and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. I would return if I thought I could and would get the same kind of service minus the lack of sleep from the group of kids down the hallway. -

I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

I liked the fact that everyone on your staff was polite, friendly, and
helpful. I was especially impressed with Bonnie Ashbury, who works in
the buffet breakfast area. She was sincerely friendly, pleasantly out-
going, dedicated 100% to customer service/satisfaction, and

This has to be THE cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. There was not an ounce of dirt anywhere. The place was immaculate. The breakfast was an added bonus. -

The room was clean, though it is not the most modern or new in the
furniture. Except for the pillows, the bed was comfortable. I was glad

The Ramada was easy to find, impressive to enter, very clean and quiet.
We were especially pleased with the size of the bathroom, types of
complimentary accessories, large towels and a lighted shower! We
received a coupon for 15% off a meal at the on-site restaurant but there
was also a good number of choices for food nearby. We would definitely
stay again if in the area.

The hotel was not located in the middle of all the congestion like the rest of the hotels near the casino and mall. Convnience to everything - food, mall, casino, highway. -

My daughter and I loved the hotel! The décor was pleasing to the eye,
very modern/contemporary and an awesome "downtown loft"
feeling. The hotel had more of an upscale apartment feel to it. We loved
the convenience of being shuttled to our locations within 5 miles, I
never had to drive my car while I was on vacation, it was so very

Pleasantly surprised with the clean euro style decor and friendly and
accommodating staff.
The bartender at the wxyz bar was also very friendly and made great drinks.
If I were there longer I may have taken advantage of pool table.

The receptionist had trouble finding my reservation. I had to share my
email confirmation. Then trying to put it in manually gave more trouble
than expected. The manger allowed me to have a cocktail on the house.
