I liked the 3 restaurant options (bar in the lobby, the grille, and the steak house). I'm always in a rush in the morning when I travel for business so I really appreciated the quick continental style breakfast available at the lobby bar.

I loved the convenience of the taxis in front of the hote -
The hotel is centrally located, with the metro stop there and very only a couple of blocks to a lot of restaurants of every type. The hotel is a little dated, especially in the bathrooms, but is very clean, and very well taken care of. The room rates are very reasonable.

I was just blown away! This is a very nice facility. I was truly
surprised. I have visited this area several times and was never as
impressed with my stay as I was this past weekend. This will be my
choice of stay from now on when I visit this area. Colony South was
centrally located to everything. The staff was so professional and gave

No water pressure in shower and phone was not hooked up. When I booked
room I thought from the description on letsbookhotel.com that I had an ocean
front room but, instead I had an ocean view room. Upon carefully reading
my reservation I noticed that it was a room with a panoramic view of the
ocean which was not entirely true as the view was very

Location, I personally love room 215 (corner elevator windows on 2 sides), ocean view), staff helpful and efficient to respond to maintenance request, room staff showed forethought to provide extra coffee and soap as needed. Lobby decorated nicely for Christmas.

Everything. The staff was helpful, the room was most comfortable and there was a very good breakfast with real cutlery and crockery. An ideal location for us and anyone with shops and restaurants nearby. -

Was originally given a 'non-smoking' room that reeked of cigarette smoke but the desk clerk apologised and relocated me when I complained.

The price was perfict and affordable for our situation.(retired &
budget).Very clean It has the little things folks need or can use while
traveling. (Hotel style).Because of our experience we stayed with B. W.
hotels the remainder of our vacation.Will be using bw in the future.

We needed an early check in and the staff was great about communicating if that could happen at night.
The complementary breakfast was AMAZING! Great food, hot and plenty of it! -
everything not only did we stay there but we attended A function and it was very nice as was the employees.
