  Location cannot be beaten, for access to Fisherman's Wharf (one entrance is right on the wharf), with the tram stop right across from this entrance, car hire a few metres down the road, and the cable car a block away. Staff were helpful, and very reasonable when I needed assistance with arranging a pre-paid reservation. The hotel is clean. Beds ar... wat mensen zeggen » e impressively comfortable and the firmness is adjustable, a first for me!. - The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable-- slept great! Very convenient to wharf and other attractions. Thomas in reception was so helpful on the phone when we were on the way in traffic and trying to find out fastest way to get to hotel and on to pier 33 for our Alcatraz night tour. They also helped us book an airport shuttle for one person in our party.
