  We had the BEST time everything about the W Hotel was wonderful !! The staff are so lovely and the room design was great, we have 3 small children and everything was perfect. Can't wish we could go back tomorrow. - Friendly and welcoming bar staff and the restaurant was most enjoyable.   When leaving our luggage after our early morning arrival, we LOVED the fact that they let us check in to our room several hours early! They offered it to us unsolicited, which would be totally unheard of in most hotels! Loved the daily complimentary water, yoga, & 24-hr fitness room. We will definitely stay here again if in San Francisco. - our second stay here. We live locally but have events in SF. This hotel is our first choice. Fab location and Hotel. We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel. This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.

  This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We were checked in by Daniel and his dog, Snoopy. They were both extremely friendly. Daniel told us about all of the events around the hotel and made us feel very welcome. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.
