It's not easy finding reasonably affordable yet good-quality self-catering accommodation in New York City, but this was perfect! This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock.
Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time.
A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.

I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower
east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful.
Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my
friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They
was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn
station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms
comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc
