Great location within walking distance to everything, perfectly clean and nice room with a view of Empire State Building, wonderful staff (the woman who met me at the reception was extremely kind and pleasant, she made me feel at home from the first minute of my stay)

A small refrigerator in my king room would have been very helpful (some rooms do have a fridge though) The cost of 5- night stay for a solo traveller like me was quite pricey.

The friendliness of the staff was great. They were so welcoming.

The friendliness of the staff, Wilma was always smiling at the front desk, and everyone would say Hello when leaving and entering!! They made the stay worth every penny!!

The food in the restaurant wasn't the best (not worth the money we paid)! But you don't know until you try!

Good location just a few minutes walk from Penn station. The room was nice and clean, maybe a bit small.

The Location was fantastic, walking distance to almost all the shopping, rooms were good sizes and very clean, staff very helpful and friendly.

This was my second time in New York and I was very nervous about the hotel as my first time in the city was a disaster as far as accommodation goes. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Excellent value for money, great location, great staff. I will definitely go back.

This is a new Holiday Inn product and very nice. The staff was warm welcoming with smiles. The space was more than normal NYC rooms.It was cleaned to the standards also.

Great staff, especially Wilma on front desk and Brenda in the Restaurant. Roof bar was a nice touch, with amazing views of Empire State. Fantastic location. Comfy beds and decent sized room by NY standards.

Room was a little dark in decor, otherwise fairly good size for a family of 3. No teabags only coffee provided (which was rather awful tasting)

I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. Location was perfect and the view from the room was a surprise to me. I was literally on the footstep of the Empire State Building in a very prestigious location between 5th and 6th Avenues. Great value for money.

Location is great, very close to all main metro lines, Macy's and Times Sqr. Perfect location for the 1st time visitors. Great King size bed, good bathroom and aircondition.

Great location. All staff was very helpful and increndibly polite. Very clean hotel. All our requests were met.

An all-around good experience in a central location -- great view of the Empire State Building. The $10 breakfast deal was also great. Plus, kids eat free.

We LOVED this hotel!!!!!!!!! Fabulous location, very clean and modern rooms & bathrooms, fridge was a great plus. The rooftop is awesome with a SPECTACULAR view of the Empire State Building! The staff was very nice, especially Wilma Fiore who made us feel extra special!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!

Great location at a reasonable price

That the rooftop is only open from 5 pm to midnight and that was the reason I wanted to stay there, but my flight was delayed the day of arrival and I got there at 1am and the checkout was at 11am so I wasn't able to take my daughter to the rooftop to see the Empire State Building from there( I had told her you could see it from the hotel we were going to stay at the first night)

nothing to complain about. fast complimentary wifi, room spacious, well equipped. enough space in the bathroom. I stayed there for 4 nights and had all I needed. Location is great too - just 2 blocks away from Empire State Bldg. Perfect hotel for business and city trip.

Very friendly staff, very good location - just 200 m from subway, walking distance from Times Square, the terrace where you could smoke. If we will go in NY again, for sure we will stay here again.

It was well located to the subways and easy to get in and out of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue was clean and fresh.

The room was very small and there was no room for luggage, especially for the exorbitant rate charged. We ordered a King Room, but only got a King Bed, which limited space within the room.

Good location, very close to the 5th ave, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room is very clean.

The receptionists are not friendly, especially a guy when I checked in, he was a little rude! Another guy in the front desk was very nice and patient, he introduced a tour agency to me for visiting Washington DC. However, the tour guide spoke Spanish, just a little English. I visited USA, but they introduced a tour agency who spoke Spanish!

Very clean and modern.Receptionists very friendly and helpfull. Good location next to Broadway and Times Sq, and Metro. Late breakfast is a bonus.

Rooms tend to be small but confortable. The breakfast choice is ok but starnge method of food selection, not flexible enough.

Location was very good, central to most things with Metro station 2 blocks away. Staff were most helpful. Room (11th Floor) had everything necessary, comfortable bed, TV, free WiFi, refrigerator. Was surprised how quiet the room was given NYC is a noisy place at the best of times.

Rooms were small but functional. Space around bathroom wash basin very limited. Both are minor issues.

The air conditioner was very loud when it turned on. It woke me up multiple times during the night.

We did not know that there was such a good hotel and a pleased staff as this Holliday Inn. My husband has told me before to do not make reservations at any Holiday Inn any more. We were not lucky with them, but this in NYC we will return. We recommend Yenny Perez and Katie Cardune (reception) for their attention.

It could be a good breakfast buffet.

Very conveniently located, especially for someone visiting Manhattan for the first time (located near to most sites a first time visitor would want to see). Rooms are rather reasonably sized and fully equipped with most things one came to expect from a decent hotel.

The door of the room we stayed in was not sightly sealed and as a result we kept hearing noises from adjacent rooms.

New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

It will be so nice that if the breakfest can be included in this price.
