We like that it is literally close to the beach itself. U can run fr this place to the beach in a minute. Love that it is pet friendly & I dont have to pay extra $ for my pet to stay as compared to holiday inn, when I called them to inform that we have a poodle with us, they charge us 100$ for 3nights of stay for the pet (glad I cancelled it). Front desk staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lady making the waffles at breakfast was outstanding, this setup is much better than guest who don't know what they are doing trying to use this equipment.

I loved the breakfast that was offered and the friendly greeting that we received as we entered the hotel. We enjoyed the location. This was a centrally located to several eateries and shopping. Kind of smelly carpet when u enter the room, but it disappears if u've been in the room for a few mins, probably the nose gets used to it after a while. I didn't mind that the hotel allowed dogs but they should have a specific floor/s for pets. I didn't like knowing I could hear dogs barking at night as I am walking to my room. Can't really complain about the breakfast since its complimentary but I wish they had more than waffles worth eating. Other than that, nothing bad. can't complain about anything for the price. Breakfast should be a little broader than just w a ffles. Sausages n eggs should be cooked somewhere. There was no microwave. And the room did smell a little weird. The breakfast bar was not that great. The lady working the station was great just not great choices. The cleanliness could have been better as the walking aisles were smelling bad. Loud young adults in hall laye at night. during the night i found a tick in my head. i was in bed already. and also there was dog and there is a sign in front of the hotel no dogs allowed. also beds were very hard. N/A. The hotel was old. Needs renovation. I could have stayed somewhere a lot better for the money I spent. It was just okay. Rooms needed updating. I didn't like the female attendants attitude upon check in. room was not clean,debris found on floor when checked in.next day room was not cleaned tub dirty.floor not vacuumed and room very dusty. Because of the value, it attracts customers that don't seem to care about cleanliness. The staff is fighting a tough battle. It wasn't ocean front. I have been waiting for the money to be removed from my account.... my vacation had Ended and the hotel still has a hold my account. ... I'm not pleased.... for what the hotel offered I think it was over priced. Too Far from beach. Definitely not a two minute walk. 4th floor smelled like smoke. Smelled awful. Whatever was in the air made me sick. The room was outdated and there was a great deal of dust. Including dust on the phone. Stains on the carpet, hair on the pillows and the bathroom was barely presentable. There was a broken chair and the closet was off the hinge. I did not report any of these concerns. Because they needed more then 24 hours to be fixed. Also the hotel was sold out so I know I could not get another room. Molded ceilings, price. The rooms(we switched after one night due to noise next door) were not very clean. We looked behind the furniture and could tell that they had not vacuumed there in a while. The bathroom floor definitely could use some cleaning. The desk was sticky. Not so close to the beach, not enough towels in the bathroom, no complementary body lotion, not particularly clean, poor breakfast. Overall, less than what you might expect for the money paid.
