check was very easy. Staff was friendly. Location was great. Room was clean. Bed was super comfy, sheets very clean. Very fresh towels.
We liked the fact that the hotel was not too far from the racino and away from all the craziness in town.
The owner was very accomodating.

Room was a little smokey smelling, but I had body spray and sprayed it, made it better. People next door were very noisey and cursed all night, I am very glad I didn't have my children with me. The must of said f@&$$ a hundred times and till about 4am.
It was a little too far from Saratoga Springs.
Bathroom very small.
I did not like that we had to check in no later than 7pm or else they
couldn't take us. They even asked if we could drive up there first
to check in, drive back down to our event and then drive back up again
to stay when the event was over. This happened the first time we made a
reservation here. We decided to stay somewhere else that time but had
already made this second reservation. Otherwise, we probably would have
gone to a different hotel.
Run down. Loud yelling at night.
The place was filthy. No ice machine. Fire detector was hanging from the ceiling. Furniture was old and disgusting. Didn't even take a shower. Drapes were falling down. I sat outside until time for bed as could sit inside. Carpet was never ever shampooed.
there was no ac, and bathroom was so small that a ant would have to go in sideways. would not tell anyone that I stayed there.
smell, tiny...tiny toilet, sink & shower.
