I had to step up the itinerary of my trip by two days. Although I
didn't get the same room class/price, the day manager worked
with me over the phone to get a room booked. When I arrived, the (same?)
manager noted that we had one small child, and changed the room to
accomodate, without changing the price. There is a sink in the room, as

bad back so the bed with a not soft mattress was great. The hotel is
steps away from coffee shops, espresso parlors, City Lights books, Grant
Avenue that leads to Chinatown, walk along Grant catch the cable car,
end up at Union Square and all the big shops. I intend to stay here

It was just a good room, clean, with enough space, with a good and clean shower & bathroom and compared to other prices and pictures of -
the room was very spacious. we got a room with balcony that face the main road.
it was clean, decent and really good enough for a comfortable night sleep.
there are shops avail just opposite the hotel which makes it really convenient to get your necessities.
hotel staff was friendly, free parking and am satisfied.

Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

The Hotel is a bit dated but very clean, I stayed in deluxe king room, paid close to 70 bucks a night, I must say I'm very impress. the room is quiet large with hardwood floor, bed is comfy, place is clean, the building is old but well maintain. Location is good, next door honey honey restaurant serve good food, bus right out the door step

The rate online was very competitive for a city stay. They provided
complimentary bottled water and cookies in the afternoon. As a guest,
you get a discount at the adjoining cafe, which providing a convenient
breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held my bags
at the front desk after I checked out, while I got my rental car. The

sure that I got them. The location can't be beat, right in the heart
of the Cit -
Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.
