And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother, because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for, which is cheap, and that's the point.

  For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. Though the bathroom could have been more cleaner but hey its a shared bathroom so - Great location in the middle of bustling Chinatown, with 3 subway stations within a 5 minute walk, and considerably cheaper than most Manhattan hotels. After all, in 'the City that Never Sleeps' you don't want to spend too much time in your hotel room!

  I really liked everything. It is such a cosy place to stay. Everything what a person may be in need of in one's travel is available. Wifi, beverages, all facilities work excellently.   Boerum Hill is a great alternative to staying in Manhattan. We were travelling for a friends wedding in the area and probably wouldn't have considered it before but definitely would again. We stayed in the top floor, two bedroomed apartment which gave us much more flexibility than you would have in a hotel room. Free WiF - Having previously paid a small fortune to stay in cramped dingy hotels rooms in Manhattan, we decided to try this as an alternative. It was a great decision. You get so much more for your money, in terms of space and facilities. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We were in a guest house but had total independence and freedom.
