  Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor. The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating. Restaurant was good for burgers, pasta etc and not too expensive. Our room (410) was spacious and very trendy with views over the pool and South Beach beyond.   The staff were fantastic. My bank put a restriction on my card and was declined. One of the managers Tj gave me a phone to call them. But since it was a Sunday an also 4pm Nigerian time nothing could be resolved. Tj checked me in all the same and said I should sort it out in the morning. I couldn't believe this. I really appreciated this gesture. ... wat mensen zeggen » By morning my card was sorted and I had a fantastic time at the hotel. Hospitality I give them 15/10. - Nice design and vibe. Excellent food on all restaurants. Good parties around the pool and very good sound isolated room, no noise from late night pool parties. The staff deserves the credit of being a great place to stay.

  I absolutely loved this hotel, facilities were great, staff were great, especially Joelle at the front desk, fantastic location without being noisy, lovely rooftop pool, very convenient for beach and Lincoln Road. The staff were great and the food in the bar was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfy. Oh and we went down to the club downstairs and had a blast dancing the night away.

  Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening wine tasting! Nice pool.   The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

  I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, for 6 days during a conference. Location is perfect, one block away from the coference center and Lincoln Road. The room itself was also very good, clean, with modern decor/furniture. Overall, I think for the - The staff is very friendly, the price of the hotel was really good if to compare to the other hotels. The hotel is rather small, so there are not many people you meet and no noise. The room and all the territory was clean, the room was cosy and quite big with all the stuff in the kitchen. It is obly 1,5 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes away from the all restaurants, shops etc. Really great choice!
