  It's style and panache. The staff are wonderful, the comfort (the bed is so comfy and the room is very spacious), the Rooftop Bar and the location is amazing! The attention to detail is fabulous - it was my birthday while we were there and the hotel had a little handwritten note in the room to send me good wishes with a gift which was extremely th... wat mensen zeggen » oughtful. They rang us during our stay to see if everything was okay and to let us know they are there to help if we needed anything. I miss it alread - - The staff is great. They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday. - The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day. - Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

  On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. The bed and linen were very nice with 5 great nights sleep. The hotel was very well located for all areas i.e. times square, 5th Avenue. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  Recently opened and rooms and facilities are in top class condition. All the staff were really engaged and working to ensure I had a great stay.   The view from our room was incredible! The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded r... wat mensen zeggen » oom, which we loved. And John Vane (I think thats how you spell it) who works at the pool bar. Fantastic p[lace to stay, and if you are there in the s - The staff was wonderful and attentive. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

  This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Also, the location is wonderful - close to the subway and many key sites an... wat mensen zeggen » d neighborhoods. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. - The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

  Per the reviews, everything was in reasonable distance. The rooms were a nice size, staff was very accommodating, the concierge and bell man were excellent!!
