Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and friendly. The apartment was roomy enough for all 5 of us. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Our trip was to visit Hershey Park and attend a concert there. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could even see a roller coaster from the property. Overall, very satisfied and happy with our decision to stay there. Very quaint and cozy. The apartments were fantastic for our five families. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only positive points were the vicinity to Hershey Park and the full refrigerator. There was nothing we didn't like. just wish there was a shuttle to and from parks. although I picked the hotel because it said 10 minute walk to park, we were so exhausted we could barely walk back. coould have used a couple extra hooks in bathroom. Not enough cooking pots and no can opener No grill outside as advertised Rarely found anyone in office when questions or problems. Only one bath. (typical of period). apartment needed to be updated a bit - only 4 chairs for kitchen table. It was a "motel" for sure. It was rundown and there was a towel in the fridge. The tv was so small and the room had that citrus smell that was over powering. It had an above ground pool, very small and it just wasn't what we wanted. We didn't stay here and they gave us a full refund. We ended up across the street at a Day's Inn. Much bigger place and much nicer with breakfast. letsbookhotel.com offered room with kitchen. We did not get the kitchen. Very disappointed. No internet service. I was not connected to family and friends and it was a hardship. I have never gone three days without the internet before, ever. toilet was leaking in room, had to move to another room. Very few utensils to use in the kitchen. No wi-fi or Internet. Pool could of been a lot cleaner. The place was very old, very old. Smelled wierd, carpet was old and dirty looking. Bathroom small, you could hear EVERYTHING upstairs was saying, doing....and they were loud all night!!!!. The apartment was older and not kept up well. The bedspreads had not been washed and there was food under the bed. There was a used, dirty bar of soap in the bathroom. The pillows were awful! The manager brought his dog into the rooms when he showed us in.
