The staff was super-friendly! The rooms were clean & nice! We LOVED the breakfast! And as we were leaving, our 5-yr-old pinched his hand in the handle of the suitcase. The staff was soo helpful! They even went & got him a bag of ice with a towel to take with us! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you. Location, price, and staff were great. My kids loved the pool & I especially loved that the breakfast (which was way more than any standard continental breakfast!) was included with our stay. It saved our family of four money and was delicious!.

Pool was nice and clean although pool area could use a little character, very plain and no plants or decor. It was a great place for the family. Kids loved the pool. The free breakfast each morning was perfect for all to enjoy. Very close to Hershey Park and other attractions. This is a great hotel right outside of Hershey Park! I have stayed here the last two years for my Hershey Park Vacation. The Staff is super friendly!!!!. The staff was very kind. I like that fact that a breakfast was included that is what made the stay more budget friendly. Nice family oriented place. I liked the hotel with the exception that you have to pay extra for a refrigerator. I paid $129 it should be included. Loved close proximity to our destination: HersheyPark. Nice breakfast selections. Rooms were clean. Conveniently located to restaurants and the Hershey attractions. Easy to access from highway. Clean and comfortable, proximity to Hershey Park, indoor pool, morning breakfast, the ducks!. Other than my complaint room was clean and quiet. . Staff was courteous and room was quiet. Very close to Hershey Park- convenient. The morning breakfast was excellent!. I really liked the pool. My 6 year old swam for an hour and a half. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. The tub wasn't as clean as it could be. Long black hairs found all over it. The good far outweighed the bad though. We would definitely stay there again!. The breakfast sausage needed to be cooked just a little longer. We liked that we could make our own waffle. However, the waffle batter tasted a little weird like it was old or something...you might want to check into that. You ran out of breakfast items before breakfast hours were over. Also, we could find no place to sit and eat breakfast. I recommend putting an arrow on the Comfort Inn sign at the entrance of the property to direct guests to turn right. I and others missed the turn the first time going to the hotel. Fake eggs at morning breakfast. I rated poor on clean because room AC unit appeared to have a bad air filter every time it came on we started coughing, it smelled very dusty while running. I was sicken for two days the wife is still ill 4 days later with bronchial and sinus allegory symptoms. It was a balancing act between trying to cool off and breathe through out the night. Because it is close to the park, people next door came in late and were a little loud, but we were tired and it didn't keep us up. nothing. Lobby smelled of smoke. Breakfast room too crowded went elsewhere to eat. The bathroom is seperated Shower and toilet area had no table or hooks on wall to hang dirty clothes or to put bags A small table or shelf would be great They only gave 2 small bottles if shampoo in a 5 guest room Breakfasr was served until 10am But even if u arrive at 9:55 The staff has already removed juices milk even the food They should not remove anything until at least 10:15 This gives the late comers a few minutes to enjoy breakfast. pool. Room very small.breakfast was poor quality. Coffee. Noisy, renovations going on early on Sunday. No restaurant or other activities at the hotel. Back of bathroom door was filthy;bloody,dirt fingerprints. We had two rooms; second room was not cleaned or beds made after our first night; hall maid said "she would be back to do ", never came back. It was too late to go to desk so we shared our towels with our family of five(total) Grandparents in one room, mother and two children in another. During busy breakfast period need quicker clean-up of tables, pool could be larger, would be nice to have little more variety in breakfast choices when staying for more than two nights. Swimming pool was nasty. Water was dirty. Floors were disgusting.... We travel with 3 children and the is was NASTY!!! Gum & hair in the water... Nasty!!. That I couldn't get my AAA Discount . Nothing was done about my children being harassed when going for ice on another floor. The pool area should be open all night. My kids didnt have chance to get in the pool.
