The staff was wonderful and so nice. Always greeted with a smile and answered my questions. Liked the exercise room. My suite was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection including some healthy choices. I had no complaints. Also, liked the little store by the front desk and the fact that coffee was available all day. Location was very convenient to family I was visiting and to all the local stores.
alle beoordelingen » Our room was well equipped with all the amenities we wanted. Also much cleaner than a lot of hotels we have stayed in, in the past. The staff was very accomodatiing and friendly. We felt very welcome!! The over all trip to Erie was very relaxing and enjoyable!! We love coming here!!. My husband and I went with another couple. The girls went shopping which was right across the street. The guys went golfing which was down the street. We met up later for supper. There were a variety of restaurants to choose from. Great trip!!. The room was spacious, with a sofa & chair that were comfortable for watching the flat screen tv. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean & modern. The breakfast was good too. I liked everything about our stay!. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One staff member recommended O'Charleys for dinner. Outstanding food and reasonably priced. I personally thanked him for the recommendation. We had a very warm welcome and recieved a surprisingly gracious call about 10-15 minutes after we arrived in our room to make sure the accomodations were to our liking. Concierge Justin very personable & pleasant; very efficient He was diligent in asking us if we were enjoying our stay. very nice accommodations-comfy bed-wet bar very convenient since we bring our own snacks and drinks-clean!. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area.its very clean and staff are so helpful and friendly. It was easy and simple to make reservations online, and everything was ready when I arrived. I liked the location of the hotel, and the way it is set back from the strip. Staff were well mannered andinquired regularly about the accomom\dations. The fire pit and patio area. The room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the room, the pool, and covenient location. Lollipops at the lobby counter and spacious rooms. A quiet location near the main highway with lots of resturants and a shopping mall close by. The only complaint I had is a small one-the breakfast sausages were gross- not cooked well. Also, it would be nice to have some other fruit. Often the bananas were very brown and would have preferred maybe some fruit cups or cut up pieces. Nothing. I loved it all! Great staff!. N/A. I think they only things we didnt like were that the showers were not very hot. We stayed in room 431 and the heater literally woke us up every time it kicked on during the night. it was so.....loud. Wish we could have stayed longer :(. booked the hotel based on website stating there is a hottub on the premises. The breakfast buffet leaved alot to be desired! Nothing healthy(donuts?) or fulfilling--runy eggs? Hot food was poor--no meat selection--waffles were not tasty at all-we ate cereal and bananas! We eat those at home!. Nothing . The bathroom and the shower were a little run down for what was supposed to be considered a luxury suite. I didn't like the bill slid under my door the day we left. Breakfast cereal should have a choice suited for those on a diet or for the older generation. Suggestions would be Special K or Bran Flakes. The bed was far to soft. Breakfast was ok. Light bulb out in room. - sink outside the toilet. One day the housecleaning staff did not clean the room. They left a form that we had the privacy notice on the door which was not true. The breakfast was fair. Breakfast area was very small which created long line-ups. pull-out couch not very comfortable (but I've never had one that was). noise and vibration troubled sleep, might be caused by air conditioning system or computer server room.
