Staff helped change rooms to accomodate the number of guests (the one we had booked online was not big enough). The breakfast service was included and was generous and lovely.

When I went to book this hotel in Oct the room rates were ridiciously high. Not sure why. It was too bad that I had to wait to see if the prices went down. Just happy they did.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful with our bags and giving us advice on the best ways to get to the event we were there for.
Parking was a little higher than most place in the city. The room was cold even after turning the heat up to 80 it never seem to warm up.

Bathroom, no room for personal items when getting ready. It would be nice to have vanity separate from bathroom. I came with a friend to shop so 2 women getting ready was time consuming. The room seemed small for the cost. I plan on returning next year and hopefully with additional 2 women. I would definitely want a room more women friendly.

The staff was very helpful. Especially the young lady that worked in the west tower thanksgiving evening. She helped me and my wife find a few places that was open for us to grab a bite to eat.

I liked the complimentary upgrade due to it being our first weekend getaway. The staff was courteous and the view was fantastic. The concierge was friendly and very helpful when we asked questions.
The only thing we didn't like was not being told about the "occupancy tax". We were told all taxes and fees were included in the $199 per night charge when we checked in. It was frustrating to not anticipate that extra $60 on top of our bill.
Parking cost 60 a night. Took 30 minutes to get car.

When we arrived they had a man making the kids balloon animals and art and craft table set up in the lobby.
It is a HUGE hotel but never felt crowded and the elevator was very quick (was on the 31st floor). Room was very clean and updated.

Loby was a bit of a sensory overload for me, no quiet spaces outside of room. I also was disapointed that wi fi was extra. All in it was a good experience on the whole.
Initially my room was beside the elevator shaft and very noisy but staff were very helpful in facilitating my request to change to another room and responded immediately
The bar and eating areas were dominated by TV screens which I found excessive and distracting. I chose not to use these facilities as a result.
