  The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Mary. The housekeepers worked their butts off to clean numerous rooms with a shortage of help and did a good job while having to work long hours to finish.

  We had arrive a few hours earlier than expected and just wanted to let them know we were in town in case we didn't get back to the hotel until later in the evening. The very pleasant front desk lady checked and said our rooms were ready if we wanted to check in early. I was so glad she offered because other hotels we stayed at prior to here woul... wat mensen zeggen » d never let us check in early. Also nice breakfast that had someone specifically assigned to make sure everything was fully stocked and fresh. - Arrived 9pm, they had the room wonderfully pre-warmed (it was about 12 degrees outside). Had a very nice room, huge and for the price - great: refrig, microwave, stove - all amenities worked. Older building but very clean and lots of hot water. Been here 3x before (this being the first snow in winter) - this time the best: bed was perfect - last time it was uncomfortably hard. Staff was very helpful.

  The staff was very helpful in changing our room from the second floor to the first floor due to our dogs fear of elevators! They were also helpful with maps and directions. Room was clean and house cleaning staff was very nice and thoroughly cleaned our room - Best hotel I've stayed in for quite some time.   Everything! The hotel was easy to find and parking was convenient. The staff was welcoming and polite. The non-smoking room was such a nice option. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are nicely updated, with new fixtures, furniture and flooring. The plush carpeting was very quiet, so I didn't wake my husband who slept late.   Good reception arrangements. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. There is an underground car park which shelters vehicles from the hot sun. Breakfast of reasonable standard was served in reception area - not quite de-luxe as advertised but certainly adequate. I enjoyed my trip on the steam railway to Virginia City - this cowboy town is a must on anyone's itinerary. - The hotel was so good we stayed for 4 nights instead of one! The individual touches made it a delight. The "adult beverages and cookies" in the late afternoon were a lovely touch. The decor in the renovated rooms is thoughtful and tasteful. The staff were cheerful, helpful and very friendly. The lounge was an exception on our travels, and we made full use of it, comfortable and welcoming after a day out.

  Good breakfast (many of the places we stayed at claimed to have breakfast which turned out to be just coffee and a donut, but this had real breakfast things like bagels, cereal and juice). Friendly staff. - The first girl that checked us in was awesome!!! She was very friendly and outgoing and very helpful!!!
