I stayed at Bliss on a Friday night. I drove in from pa because I was
participating in a 5k race in the morning and stood with 3 other people.
One of the guest left a Nintendo 3ds and didn't realize till
Saturday night while returning to pa. When I called, the front desk was
so helpful. He offered to mail it to me to not return but since I was
coming back on Sunday to drop someone off I told him to hold it till
then. I was very pleased with their honestly and consideration. I would

I really enjoyed the room. It was perfect for me and it was clean. The
front desk clerks were very helpful. One clerk gave the directions how
on to get to Times Square which was far better than the mta website. The
hotel is close to the last subway stop but far enough where you do not
hear any noise. I enjoyed the hotel would def stay there again because
the price allowed me to enjoy seeing nyc and shopping!!.
The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. I required an iron and ironing board upon my arrival and it was provided to me within minutes. I especially liked having someone on staff at the front desk 24/7 for security. This makes it secure for a female travelling alone. The room was very clean and modern looking. Room service was great - fresh sheets and towels were provided daily.
I loved the location in Brooklyn! It's close to everything!! My 4 & 10 yr olds loved the room! It was clean & very nice. The staff was friendly- even allowed me to borrow a phone charger! We enjoyed our stay!.
This hotel is very quiet & peaceful. With the area being categorized as hood/ghetto my stay was pleasant & undisturbed. I will definitely be returning. :).
The room is small, but it has everything needed: comfy bed, clean linen, clean bathroom, good light, even refrigerator.
The staff is polite and responding.
Exquisite room and decor, good value for the area, close to airport, my
vehicle was safe while parked there but the lot is very tiny.
The room was very clean has a little refrigerator, ironing board, wifi etc.
The room was nice clean and big the staff were very helpful.
It is off the highway in which it leads to the airport!.
Great place to stay. Would recommend it to others.
I like that it clean and quite. Staff was kind.
staff was willing to extend my check out time.
Nice quiet hotel and very friendly staff.
Best location at reasonable price.
The rooms were really nice.
friendly manner of staffs.
Clean, modern room.
The bed. The staff are friendly. Clean hotel and comfortable bed.
Staff was accomodating. Changed our room upon request, including holding and moving bags to new room while we were out.
1. price
2. new room
3. staff was friendly - immediately changed our not clean bed-clothes
4. location - near to JFK.
Close to JFK
Close to major city roads and belt highway - really fast to get to other places in NY by car.
Hotel is wonderful, the area is pure ghetto.
Rooms were clean.
Hallways were quite.
Godt og rent sted, personale I top.
The room was moderne and clean.
Hotel was good. Near the airport and subway.
It was a clean hotel nice bed, bathroom.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The room was clean.
I like the pillows.
The only thing that a future guest has to prepare themselves for is
parking. It's not too bad but if you ahead of time you might have to
find parking it helps.
The room wasn't exactly spacious but is was arranged neatly. Also, I had a bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower a couple times. The water did get hot eventually but you had to wait a while. It would be nice to have food on site but there are a few good restaurants not too far away.
I prefer breakfast included onsite. Difficult to get kids up to go out & find breakfast, not impossible, difficult! Not so crazy about the 1night stayers. Although there were no uncomfortable incidents.
1. The neighbourhood - warehouses.
2. Parking is very limited.
3. The morning shower not hot enough.
4. No place for soap in the shower.
Their internet was down for the entire 2 day duration of our stay. We
should have gotten some kind of discount for that since we were
inconvenienced.
Their room is a little to tight and parking space.
It was along a main road next to an animal vet... Pretty much the location.
There is no parking after a certain parking spaces are taken!!the price
was too high for weekends, and in the rooms the television does not have
espn channels!.
Water was not hot all the time, no breakfast seeing that no stores was that close. And I had to stand in the hallway to get wifi.
noisy when guests allow doors to slam.
they don't have food or microwave in the rooms so that if u buy food while ur out you can warm it up.
Frequent slamming of doors and loud people in halls in evening.not enough space to hang our clothes.
No coffee anywhere! They are in process of setting it up, tho. 1St room had small blood spot on sheets (ick!), and A/C blew room-air all night (never got cool). New room was much better.
1. location - it's ghetto. no any restaurant or shop near the hotel
2. durty room - bed-clothes and bathroom.
Terrible placement - in the middle of nowhere, black ghetto;
20 min walk to nearest subway station;
Manager overcharged my card for ~70$ (that was not NY city taxes);.
the neighborhood is frightening and literally no parking at all.
Location was the worst. Nothing to do in the area. It was far away from Manhattan. Couldn't get a taxi.
I didn't like the area.
Brookline isn't the best place to stay. We choose this hotel only for one night and because it's near the airport. But stay there for a long time would be horrible!.
It was not worth the money at all. The staff were not friendly and courteous. Its far from anything. Location BAD
Staff overnight BAD
Price BAD too much for nothing.
The location really isn't ideal-it's an hour train ride fron Times Square. Not ideal for someone who wants to see downtown NYC.
Subway is so far away from hotel. Also this hotel in the black people
region. So if you want to go out without car, that is not safety. Area
was really bad. I will never want to stay again.
The fact that there was no complimentary tea or anything to drink, there
was no wi fi at all for the two days that I had stayed there ha was
advertised . My bed was not made up after spending the first night , I
had to go down stair to get fresh towels and bath rags , and the person
at the front desk that night has no customer service. I would recommend
friend to hotel bliss if there are going to travel to Brooklyn but
caution them has to the service before.
Soaps were cheap Staff was rude he kinda yelled at us for requesting an
early checkin. Noise of the ringing telephone was crazy loud and it
wudnt stop ringing I am speaking about the lobby phone.
Bed wasn't made properly... Towels and sheets were not cleaned
properly nor ironed/steamed! Called on the minute to checkout and
kept calling....
