Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The room and bathroom very clean! The bed and pillows were very soft and felt comfortable.
The fact I called the front desk twice with a question about the heat. No one answered so I had to walk all the way to the front desk.

The inconsiderate people coming in at 1:00am slamming doors and having loud conversations. The desk clerk who checked us out was rather rude.

Staff was friendly . Got in late and ordered food for delivery from Ray 's Italian menu that the Desk gave us. The food was excellent! Best Itslian sub I ever had and it was 9;00 at night. Delivery was fast. Bed was comfortable and Desk person and shuttle driver on Friday morning was great! What a great personality...is there anything she can't do?
Refrigerator wasn't very cold. Draperies were a little worn out.

Pool water was cloudy. There were no towels when we went Sat. Eve. The blanket on the bed was made of a very scratchy uncomfortable material. Two pillows are not sufficient for a king size bed.
I was overcharged booked hotel via letsbookhotel.com and when I checked out the cost was much higher

The room I booked on line called and confirmed twiced drove 3 hours wasn't availible. Then I'm sent all over the hotel twice before I'm told its already booked for the entire weekend. Ruined a birthday !!
Rooms were nice and clean.
Not enough towels in the pool area for guests. The towel cupboard should have been filled before evening came.
Close to airport
Was not very clean, hall ways looked like they had not been vacuumed for months. Bathroom walls and wood work looked dirty. Large throw pillows on beds did not have covers, I did not feel comfortable putting my head on it. Hotel guests were hanging around outside my window smoking and talking loudly.
Nothing much , it was surpose to be non smoking hotel that was a lie ,ourselfs and another couple complained but nothing was done
