  The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered in my 2 weeks of traveling in New York and Boston. I stayed for the convenience of being close to JFK for a morning flight for which I caught the shuttle which runs on the half hour. - The location is ideal and offers free shuttle service to all JFK terminals every half hour.   Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. Caroline Lapp and Gaby Mariano gave outstanding service. My daughter and I thank them both.
