Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.

goeie check-in - I have stayed at the before which is why I chose the same. The service is brilliant plus I'm a big Hilton fan - The hotel provided superb value for money. We arrived early and were checked in immediately and offered breakfast without charge. We also requested a late check out on the final day and this was given without a murmer.

My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good. We would definitely go back there. -

Staff were attentive and eager to please (possibly due to it being Ramadan and very quiet). Very little to complain about - we had a junior suite of 85 sq m and this was ideal for the three of us.

Our rooms were upgraded at no cost, we were given the suite with living
room, our family stay was pleasant. Our 2 kids (7 yrs & 3 yrs old)
enjoyed the pool very much. Lifeguards were always present &
watchful. Me & my wife enjoyed the sundowners bar with cocktail
drinks while the kids swam at the children's pool. Breakfast at Jing
Asia was splendid. What I liked best is that the wifi connection was
quick/fast (even if all 4 mobile gadgets - phones & tablets were

I was not there for long as we only stayed one night but the room wasfantastic and so comfortable. THE staff were really nice and the glassof apple juice was just what we needed - It was Ramadan during my stay nevertheless quality of service was excellent .

This is a great option for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. The hotel has a great selection of restaurants, including Thai, Italian and Japanese. The rooms are clean and comfortable. its was so easy to check in and check out , the room is nice i didnt imagine its going to be that nice , and its massive location is so good was only few minutes from the cornishe and few minutes driving to marina mall staff was friendly and helpfull when i was strugeling to get into my bus station. -

Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him

The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel -
*Check in/out is peace of mind.
*We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning.
*Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable.
*Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs.
*Breakfast in the room was something.
*Staff is very friendly & attentive.
*Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing.
*Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island.
Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.

For business purpose it was outstanding it had wi fi free every in the
hotel which is uncommon. It had a great breakfast which came with lovely
service. The room service dinner was surprisingly good and came from the
same restaurant as breakfast. It had a great conference centre, gym and
pool with a beautiful setting check out face book for my photos.
