De ligging, het prachtige uitzicht met strand en zwembad, mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een kamer met zicht op de tuin geboekt, maar kregen bij aankomst gratis een upgrade naar een kamer met zeezicht en ook gratis internet. De foto's die je terugvindt op de site zijn echt niet gelogen, in het echt ziet alles er even mooi uit! Ee

Alles perfect , heel vriendelijk. Grote comfortabele kamers. Restaurant the beach heeft een prachtig terras. Parking is ook makkelijk en gratis.

Naast winkelcentrum Al Wahda met grote supermarkt. Locatie is prima. We hadden wel een auto. Gratis parkeren bij hotel. Mooi design, schoon en heerlijke douche en bedden. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Wat mij betreft geen 3-sterren naar een dikke 4 sterren. -
De vriendelijkheid van het personeel viel op. Geen enkele vraag bleef onbeantwo

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites!

Location for my work at Airport.
Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again.

Very kind hotel stuff!! Had a great time - Very nice polite helpful friendly staff, could not be better!Very clean ,Great location in the center of city as near all the shops food etc.Clean 5 star service .Very nice swimming pool on top of hotel. Not big, but very private not crowded.

Wij kwamen vanaf Bangkok en moesten overnachten in Abu Dhabi. dit hotel was daar goed geschikt voor. ongeveer 20 minuten rijden vanaf het vliegveld met de shuttleservice (gratis). Luxe hotel met alles wat je maar nodig hebt, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Op het dak (20ste verdieping!) een zwembadje, heerlijk verfrissend!. Uitstekend restaurant...helemaal top!

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.
Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

goeie check-in - I have stayed at the before which is why I chose the same. The service is brilliant plus I'm a big Hilton fan - The hotel provided superb value for money. We arrived early and were checked in immediately and offered breakfast without charge. We also requested a late check out on the final day and this was given without a murmer.
