The location is perfect. Very close to the central street, and at the same time it's very quite and calm there.
The food in their restaurant is not as good as it should be.

Even from the outside, first sight spelt out quality. Hotel was immaculately clean, the staff warm, welcoming and friendly and the room was massive, with a balcony and a very comfortable bed. All in all an excellent hotel.

Staff was speaking english +you have this olga girl at the concierge I almost fell in love with .i proposed her to marry me and stop working , but she refused , good for you , it appears you washed her brains very well !
Pricing is too high ! Please dosomething about itit.maybe you can cut some positions there to reduce costs.in case you pay them peanuts , please find any other ways !

Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

the only suprise was one small water bottle in the room in hot summer season......definitely not enough, standard is two, even in single room!
The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar / cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same hotel again. Best wishes to the staff.

Lots of prostitutes gathering nighttime at the lobby. You have to make a deposit to use your in-room minibar. when I opened mine, the peanuts can was unsealed and half-empty.. Wouldn't return to the hotel

I asked consierge to book a taxi as a result a get a taxi with the price 2 times more than normal.

it was neat and clean and recently renovated. Also we appreciated that we could open the windows and get fresh air. The staff were kind and helpful in trying to fulfill our needs since we stayed for 1 week.
For 2 people the room was too small--we were constantly having to move out of each others way.

Huge price of breakfast. For the half You can eat huge brakfast on the city.
Staff couldn't advise a good restaurant and sent us in the end to the wrong place. We wanted Ukrainian national cuisine with atmosphere and U Ukrainian style but we sent to a regular one with average food.
